Video of Janna's Step Routine

Here's Janna's routine from today:



Right side lead:

R V-step up on step, V-step back on floor (8 counts)
R Cross-country/ or 3-knee repeater (8)
R pony up on bench, down on floor (4)
Reverse turn to back of bench starting with left foot/ or up and over (4)

L over the top of the bench, lunge to left, lunge to right, exit to the left, turn to face bench(8)
L corner jump shot x 3 (6), walk back on the floor (7-8)
L jump shot on floor, walk back to bench, jump shot on bench, exit back (8)

L across the bench and hold at squat for 2, exit back 7-8
R repeat across the bench and hold (8)

L kick on the corner (step L, kick R) (1-2), turn to the back (3-4), lunge L (5-6-7-8),
lunge R- bring leg behind (1-2-3-4), walk, pivot, cha-cha-cha back to bench (5-6-7-8)

Step L, swing R leg out, switch feet, step R, swing L leg out (8)
Repeat (8)
Around the world (16)

L basic, (4)
L pop turn 3/4 (4)
Step R, outer thigh, straddle bench, step L, outer thigh, exit (8).
