August 16, 2010 Step Class

I lost my notebook with all the routines we've been doing and it threw me for a loop.  So I'm going to try to be better about posting routines here so there's a backup in case that happens again.  This routine was done the week of August 16th.

Right side lead:

R Outer thigh around the world (16)
Jump shot to the corner X 3 (12)
L basic (4)

Left rock on the bench, then to the side, then back (6)
Shuffle to the left wide (2)
R mambo cha-cha on the angle (8)
L-step x 2 (16)

R cut the corner, basic at the back (8)
Cut the corner, 1 knee in the center (8)
L outer thigh straddle x 2 (8)
Turn to the back, shuffle back on the bench, switch feet,
Shuffle down the bench, switch feet (8)

L step kick on the corner, cha cha cha around to the back (8)
R swim over the top, ricochet x 2, exit to the front and tap (8)
R rock horse on the bench (8)
L big scoop to side x 2, shuffle back to bench (8)

R step hamstring curl on bench 1-2, over the bench to the left 3-4
drop squat to the side 5-6, pendulum on bench 7-8
Drop squat pendulum again
Rock to the side, rick to the back, switch feet (8)
L boxer, shuffle and punch on 1-3-5-7 (8)
L knee smash corner to corner (8)

REPEAT ON LEFT SIDE
