Amy's Step Routine

We started this last Monday and added on a little more today.  Once we're done with the routine I'll post a video.

Right side lead: (counts are in parentheses)

Right mambo/ stomp on the corner (1-2), shuffle back (3-and-4) Turn to back
Rock on L foot at back (5-6), turn back to front, shuffle back to bench (7-and-8)
K- step, right foot stepping up (8)
Reverse V-step (turn half way while stepping up onto your bench, step off bench in the back) (4)
V-step at back of bench (4)
Right turn step, tap down (4)
Left Pop turn over your bench, tap down (4)

Left L-step with a squat, tick-tock, exit back (8)
Right I-step (up on bench, jack, down on floor, jack) (8)
2 kicks to the right side of your bench (step left, kick right)(4)
Exit back, 2 jacks (4)
Basketball jumps, corner to corner (start on left side of bench, step with right foot) (8)

Right, 2 ham curls around the right side of the bench, exit to the side, 2 jacks (8)
At back of bench: Left shuffle turn, rock back, right shuffle turn, rock back (8)
Left turn step at back, straddle bench, (4)
Left turn step to front of bench, exit with a tap(4)
Right 3-knee repeater, switch feet (8)

Repeat on left side.  We'll add more next Monday!
