Step Routine 12-31-2010

This is the step routine we've been working on lately.  We'll probably start a new one soon, but here it is if you want to practice at home!


And the step-by-step instructions:
Right side lead

R Step kick on the corner, walk back, kick on floor, walk back to bench (8 counts)
R V-step up and back (8)
R ham curl on bench, grapevine to left side, walk right, left back to bench (8)
R 3-knee repeater on the side, exit to the back on the last knee (8)

Left step knee on the corner, step, step, cha-cha-cha around to the back (8)
Step right, cut the corner, pivot right, right basic at side of bench (8)
Right 4 knees across corner to corner (16)

R high kicks around the world (16)
R ham repeater x 3 (2 high, 1 low) (8 counts)
Left run up on the bench x 2 (8)


L 2 knees on the corner, walk around to left side of bench (8)
Right basic on the side of the bench (4)
Knee up, straddle your bench (4)
Knee up, squat and hold (4)
Tick-tock on bench, exit back (4)
R-L Slam on the corner (8)

Right A-step swim over the bench and back (8)
R shuffle turn, rock back, L shuffle turn, rock back (8)
Right 3-knee repeater with a pump (8)
Left basic x 2 (8)

Repeat entire routine on Left side.
