Here's Amy's routine that we've been working on for the past few weeks. The step-by-step instructions and counts are included below.We usually learn each routine in sections of 32 counts, and each section starts on an alternating foot.
Right Side Lead:
Right basic, Right V-step (8 counts)
Step right, left knee up, straddle your bench (4)
Step left, right knee up, straddle your bench (4)
Revlove (Step up on the bench R-L, step down on the floor R-L) (4)
Step right on bench, left knee up, straddle your bench (4)
Step left on bench, Right knee up x 3 (3-knee repeater) (8)
TAP DOWN
Left side walking V-step, 1 kick (8)
4 jumping jacks (8)
Right side walking V-step, kick, tap down (8)
Knee, side, ham curl (8)
TAP DOWN
Right side grapevine to side (step on bench for 1, grapevine behind 2-3-4,
rock right on 5, rock back on 6, cha-cha-cha back to bench (7-and-8)
L-step to side of bench (step Left), 2 jumping jacks at right side of bench (8)
Over the top, 2 jumping jacks at left side of bench( 8)
L-step to home, 1 basic left side (8)

TAP DOWN TO START ENTIRE ROUTINE ON LEFT SIDE.
Amazing that the whole routine only takes us a minute and twenty seconds. And that we can think with all the craziness and piano playing going on. :) We love it!
